Product Description
Titan low pressure Overburden Drilling System can drill straight hole depth over 100 meters in any ground condition at any angle even horizontal.
1. Concentric Drilling System is comprised of three main components.
A pilot bit, guide string, drill the center part of the hole, and attach to any common DTH hammer shank.
A casing shoe, is attached to the casing pipe and pull down casing pipe.
A symmetric ring bit, is locked onto the pilot bit drills the void for the casing pipe.
2. Eccentric Drilling System is comprised of three main components.
A guide device, attached to any common DTH shank and divert impact energy from DTH hammer.
A pilot bit, drill center part of the hole.
An eccentric reamer bit, between guide device and pilot bit, when drill, reamer bit is rotated out and drill outer part of the hole.
3. Sliding Drilling System is comprised of three main components.
A guide device, attached to any common DTH shank and divert impact energy from DTH hammer.
Two sliding bit, attached to guide device.
